Our Philosophy

Each child brings to Brilliant Beginnings Early Learning Center a history of life experience and cultural heritage. This experience helps the staff at Brilliant Beginnings Early Learning Center to better balance each age group with a good sense of culture and diversity. Here at Brilliant Beginnings Early Learning Center, we strive to meet the needs of a diverse population within our school system. Teachers promote a good opportunity for children to play and have good social interaction with each other. This allows each student to have a better understanding of diverse cultures and heritage, it also allows the staff to have a better understanding of the child’s home learning. Partnerships between families and the center are essential to the growth and development of the individual child. It helps the staff to better individualize each child within their culture, home language(s), and ability to succeed within the school. We strive to create and promote these strong partnerships with families to create a sense of community.

 

We aim to provide a full, stimulating, developmentally appropriate environment which encompasses the many learning styles of young children. The environment allows for children to develop and master skills at their own pace.

Brilliant Beginnings goal is to empower children, promote individuality, and develop strong partnerships with families while creating an environment that helps young children attain physical, cognitive, social, and emotional achievements, preparing them for the next steps in life.

SICK POLICY

Please remember to call the center if your child will be absent due to illness. It is always our goal to maintain a clean and sanitary learning environment for our children and teachers. Please review our sick policy within your contract. 

 REMINDERS

• Children may be in care for a maximum of 10 hours each day.
